Warranty Policy for Training and Consultation Services

At Arisa Globex Services, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier training and consultation services to our clients. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we address any issues related to the quality of these services, as provided through www.arisaglobex.com.

Warranty Coverage:  
This policy applies exclusively to training and consultation services provided by Arisa Globex Services.  
- The warranty ensures that our training and consultation meet the agreed standards of quality and deliverables as outlined in our contracts or service agreements.  
- It covers errors, omissions, or inadequacies directly caused by our team during the delivery of services.  

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:  
- Outcomes or results dependent on client implementation of the training or consultation advice.  
- Any modifications, alterations, or adaptations made by the client after service delivery.  
- Misuse or misapplication of the provided training material or advice.  
- Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.  

How to Claim Warranty:
If you encounter an issue with our training or consultation services, follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:  
1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of service delivery.  
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, including relevant documentation, if applicable.  
3. Collaborate with our team to evaluate the claim and identify corrective measures.  

Resolution Options:
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Arisa Globex Services will:  
- Provide additional training sessions or consultations to address the issue, or  
- Offer corrections or clarifications to the provided advice or materials at no extra cost.  
- If the above resolutions do not resolve the issue to the client’s satisfaction, a refund will be issued on a prorated basis, calculated based on the portion of services already delivered and covered by the dispute.

Limitations of Liability:
Arisa Globex Services is not liable for:  
- Consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.  
- Any indirect losses arising from the implementation of our training or consultation advice.  

Governing Law:
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
